Shipping policy

At Lunfox, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and transparently across the United States.

1. Shipping Zones

  • We ship only within the continental United States.
  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico
    • U.S. Virgin Islands
    • APO/FPO (military addresses)
    • P.O. Boxes

If you need shipping to any of these destinations, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Costs

  • All shipping is FREE within the continental United States.
  • There is no minimum purchase amount. Every order includes free shipping at no extra cost.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, packages take 1 to 10 business days to arrive at your address.
  • Total estimated time from purchase to delivery is usually 2 to 14 business days, depending on when your order is processed.

Important Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We will keep you updated by email.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
  • You can check the status anytime from your Lunfox account or directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt another delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

6. Delays and Issues

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you.
  • If the package arrives damaged or is lost:
    • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).
    • Send us photos of the package and its contents.
    • We will either resend the order or issue a full refund, as appropriate.

7. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed.
  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may refuse delivery to start a return (see our Return Policy).

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, logistical issues, etc.).
